(By Rick Dalton, 3 August 2016)  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued a list of “sensitive locations” in the US which will be off limits to enforcement of our immigration laws.  This policy, which was issued in October of 2011, has been virtually unknown to the general public, just might resurrect  the Sanctuary Movement of the 1980s.

As outlined in Policy Number 10029.2,  The sensitive locations covered by this policy include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • schools
  • churches, mosques, synagogs
  • hospitals
  • public religious ceremonies
  • rallies, public demonstrations, protests

The policy prohibits immigration officials from conducting arrests, interviews, searches and immigration surveillance at any of the listed locations. So much for the rule of law.  If you're a criminal alien, on the run or just trying to disappear, find one of these locations and you're home free.  And of course if you're an Islamic Terrorist, you can hang out in the Mosque where you get your training to kill non-Muslims, and you're already safe.  Courtesy of your friendly federal government.
