CSPOA Speaking Engagement Request

We receive many requests to speak at both training and public events. We review each inquiry personally and will do our best to reply in 24 hours, but it may sometimes take us a little longer, so please be patient. We look forward to making your event a success!

The CSPOA leadership loves to speak in person at events all across our blessed land. We consider it a calling, duty and privilege to educate people on the principles upon which our nation was founded and has flourished.

The CSPOA board requests that an honorarium be provided to CSPOA for each in-person presentation. Upon receipt of your speaking request, a response will be sent notifying availability and the honorarium amount. The exact amount will vary depending on the type, length and anticipated attendance of your event, as well as, the amount of travel required. To hold your requested date(s), a deposit will be required within 72 hours of confirmation of availability. The balance is due 5 days prior to the event. Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or check.

Before you fill out this form, there are a few things we need to clarify:

Expenses

In addition to the honorarium, we expect that all expenses (travel, lodging and meals) will be provided by the event host or organization to CSPOA.

Travel arrangements

Once you receive confirmation for the scheduled event date & time, you will need to take care of the airline tickets. CSPOA will notify you of the ticket cost and instructions on how to pay with your credit card.  Please also indicate the ground transfer arrangements from the airport. as a driver will be needed during the time of your event.

Cancellations

In the event this Agreement is cancelled by the Event Host, the CSPOA shall retain any funds advanced. In the event this Agreement is cancelled by CSPOA, then CSPOA shall return any funds remitted to Event Host.
