CSPOA Webinar / Consultation Request

CSPOA is glad to participate virtually in events where that may be more practical for your needs. Before you fill out this form, there are a few things we need to clarify.

Honorarium

The CSPOA Board requests that an honorarium be provided to the CSPOA for each webinar/consultation/presentation that a CSPOA Board member gives in exchange for our time and experience. Upon receipt of your request, a response will be sent notifying availability and the honorarium amount. The exact amount will vary depending on the type, length of your meeting and which CSPOA speaker will conduct the webinar.

Once your request is approved, you will be required to make a deposit of $250 by credit card or check within 72 hours of confirmation of availability in order to hold the date(s).

Cancellations:

In the event this agreement is cancelled by the webinar host, the CSPOA shall retain any funds advanced. In the event this agreement is cancelled by the CSPOA, the CSPOA shall return any funds remitted to webinar host.
