As the CEO of CSPOA, I am providing a simple and clear response to the allegations and half-truths spreading online about Richard Mack.
Thank you all for your patience as we have reviewed these claims against Richard Mack. First, it’s important to understand that these allegations have nothing to do with the CSPOA.
In America, we honor the tradition that a person is innocent until proven guilty! We also honor the due process of law and respect the opportunity to face our accusers.
False claims are that Sheriff Mack has been criminally charged, has been arrested, that he stole money from
Americas Front Line Doctors (AFLDS) and so on. They make these claims without providing proof/evidence of their allegations.
For example, The withdrawal slips they provide show paid to Free Speech Foundation – AKA, a parent company for AFLDS. If the money was paid to Free Speech Foundation, how would Richard be able to take the money?

Some claim that Richard didn’t have the authority to take action. A judge will decide.
Please do not engage in speculative libel or slander against the Sheriff. Wait for the legal system to discover the truth.

Please elaborate on your statement that ‘Some claim that Richard didn’t have authority to take action.’ What action is being claimed that Richard took? Your clear explanation is insufficient. Why or how would a judge be involved if the allegations are false? Has he been charged with (some) crime? Is this a meme to discredit the CSPOA?
