Former Graham County Sheriff, Richard Mack joins the show and we talk about his mission and the organization he founded called CSPOA, Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association. It’s an organization that brings citizens, law enforcement, sheriffs and elected officials together. Additionally, Sheriff Mack sued the Federal Government and it went all the way to the Supreme Court. The Sheriff was victorious in a 5-4 decision that proved the provisions of the “Brady Bill” in question were found to be unconstitutional.
