President Donald J. Trump

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Avenue

Washington, D.C. 20500

Dear Mr. President,

We, the undersigned sheriffs, wish to bring to your attention a grave injustice that has been committed by the Biden Department of Justice and the FBI against a fellow law enforcement officer, Sheriff Scott Jenkins, formerly of Culpeper County, Virginia. Sheriff Jenkins has dedicated his career to upholding secured borders, defending the Second Amendment, and maintaining the Rule of Law. His integrity and devotion to these principles are well-documented over his 34 years in law enforcement, including 12 years as sheriff.

A few years ago, Sheriff Jenkins, along with other sheriffs, had begun exploring criminal investigations into Hunter Biden. Shortly thereafter, the FBI intervened and arrested two of those sheriffs. It seems very clear why these actions were taken.

Unfortunately, Sheriff Jenkins has since been charged with bribery. This charge is baseless and stems from unjust actions by the DOJ and the FBI. A member of Sheriff Jenkins’ Search and Rescue Squad, facing severe tax evasion charges, was coerced by federal agents into framing Sheriff Jenkins in exchange for leniency. This coercion represents the true bribery at play.

Sheriff Jenkins now faces a ten-year prison sentence – a travesty for a man who has served his community with honor and distinction. These charges are politically motivated and part of a broader agenda by the Biden administration to silence dissenting law enforcement voices.

We respectfully beseech you, Mr. President, to rectify this miscarriage of justice by granting a pardon to Sheriff Scott Jenkins. He is scheduled to report to prison on May 27, 2025, but we hope this situation can be resolved favorably before that date.

Thank you, President Trump, for your unwavering commitment to our nation’s principles and for considering this urgent matter! We stand with you in the pursuit of Liberty and Justice.

Sincerely,

Sheriff Richard Mack & CSPOA
