(by CSPOA on Mar 15, 2015) This past week, Two states’ legislatures advanced bills designed to protect the RTKBA (right to keep and bear arms), of their citizens. One bill bassed both houses of Montana’s legislature and now sits on the desk of the governor for signing. Arizona’s SB2300 passed the Arizona senate and now goes to the house. Both bills would “prohibit state agencies and employees from assisting federal agencies from enforcing unlawful and unconstitutional gun laws”, according to Freedomoutpost.com. They will also block Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders.
“These are common sense lawsConstitution and handgun aimed at protecting Americans’ right protect themselves”, according to retired Officer Rick Dalton, CSPOA Legislative Liaison and a firearms instructor. “The original intent of the Second Amendment was to apply only to the federal government”, Dalton said. “We must face the fact that the Founders believed, as Patrick Henry said, “the great object is that every man be armed.”
