New Legislative Sessions Mean More Gun Bills
With each legislative season, whether Federal, state or local, the attacks on the God-given right of self-defense continue. In Arizona, for example, a 2018 bill pre-filed in the Arizona Legislature, (a re-hashed version from last session's failed bill), aims to mandate background checks on all firearms transactions, including personal sales and other private transfers.

Another pre-filed Arizona bill strengthens and further defines the Arizona State Militia, including language that allows the militia to possess and use weapons commonly in use in the regular military.
