The CSPOA stands for Constitutional Sheriffs & Peace Officers Association.
It is an organization created by Sheriff (ret) Richard Mack to help educate both citizens as well as sheriffs and peace officers about the Constitution and their oath of office and true role in society. You can read more about the CSPOA here.
