The CSPOA is elated to announce that President Trump has issued an unconditional full pardon to Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins.

Jenkins was wrongly charged and convicted of bribery in what turns out to have likely been political retaliation by the Biden administration after Jenkins and other law enforcement officers agreed to investigate the so-called “Hunter Biden Laptop.”

President Trump said: Sheriff Scott Jenkins, his wife Patricia, and their family have been dragged through HELL by a Corrupt and Weaponized Biden DOJ,” Trump wrote in a statement on Truth Social. “In fact, during his trial, when Sheriff Jenkins tried to offer exculpatory evidence to support himself, the Biden Judge, Robert Ballou, refused to allow it, shut him down, and then went on a tirade.

Trump further remarked: As we have seen, in Federal, City, and State Courts, Radical Left or Liberal Judges allow into evidence what they feel like, not what is mandated under the Constitution and Rules of Evidence,” he added. “This Sheriff is a victim of an overzealous Biden Department of Justice, and doesn’t deserve to spend a single day in jail.

Sheriff Mack and the CSPOA have known and worked with Sheriff Scott Jenkins for many years. Sheriff Mack regards Jenkins as one of the most Constitution-supportive Sheriffs in America today.

When asked for a comment, Former Sheriff Mack said Yes; President Trump called Sheriff Scott Jenkins tonight [Sunday] and informed him that he has a full PARDON and that he and his family can get back to their lives.

Sheriff Jenkins replied, I thank you Sheriff Mack and the CSPOA for all your help in making this miracle happen. You are definitely a part of our family forever!

Mack concluded by saying that Sheriff Jenkins also thanked General Flynn and Roger Stone for their relentless efforts night and day to put this pardon request in front of the President. Justice has been served, and we are all so very grateful!

This pardon is a tremendous victory for justice and America. The CSPOA is proud to have helped bring this to the attention of many officials and, ultimately, President Trump.
