Sheriff Mack Webinar / Consultation Agreement

Thank you for your request to have Sheriff Mack participate in your online event.  If you are reading this, you should have already completed a webinar request form. This is to confirm your request and the availability of Sheriff Mack to participate in your online event.

Honorarium

To hold your requested webinar meeting date and time, please make a deposit of $500 by credit card or check within 72 hours of confirmation of availability in order to hold the date(s).

The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the webinar date. If requesting within two weeks of the webinar, payment in full is due now.

24 hours prior to the start of the webinar, please email the webinar join link to sheriffmack@cspoa.org.

Cancellations:

In the event this agreement is canceled by the webinar host, the CSPOA shall retain any funds advanced. In the event this agreement is canceled by the CSPOA, the CSPOA shall return any funds remitted to the webinar host in full.
