Sam Bushman hits the nail on the head about where do they get the Biden “thugs” authority to regulate gun dealers. This is the crux and Lott can’t answer that?? Lott is an academic and, like most academics, they miss the essential point and have no action plan to challenge what the Biden Admin is doing. And Sheriff Mack hits the other nail on the head re the letter of the law in the Second Amendment versus the history of gun control and how the judges and courts use that history as “precedents” for allowing more of it. Lott is promoting his book, Let’s put an action plan together to fight the unconstitutional actions of the Biden Administration.
