Sheriff Peyman Vows to Protect Gun Rights

Sheriff Denny Peyman of Jackson County, Kentucky, was on Fox News recently vowing to protect his citizens from any unconstitutional executive order that would take away our second amendment rights.

We need more sheriffs like Denny Peyman that will protect the Constitution and our Republic.

In the coming days, I will challenge every county sheriff in this country to stand with me, and those like Sheriff Peyman, to stand up against government encroachment on our right to bear arms.

I encourage those of you who love freedom to contact your local sheriff and demand they take a stand!

Here is a link to the Fox News interview with Sheriff Peyman.

  1. The sheriff says he will protect against any unconsitutional executive order, well i bet that sheriff will still arrest you if you showed up with a Short barreled rifle. Either they stand by the consitution and deem all gun laws inert and unconsittutional or these sheriffs are leaving them selves and easy out for when they have to enforce these laws.

  2. Please help to protect our constitution by all means. Thanks, Lou D

  3. What a wonderful position to take. Thank you Mr Peyman. I ran across this news story on the dailyppaul news site. People all over the country would be emailing support letters, but it’s pretty tough to find Mr Peymans email on the web. Supporters probably called the office because that number and contact link for Mr Peyman went viral on the web. / This post is to show support for honest law enforcement. Thank you, Jeremy.

  4. Add Linn County, Oregon’s Sheriff Tim Mueller to your list of Constitutional Sheriffs

An Oregon sheriff has sent a letter to Vice President Joe Biden, declining to enforce any unconstitutional gun regulations that come out of the White House this week.

The letter, posted on the office’s Facebook page, states that Sheriff Tim Mueller and his deputies swore an oath to protect and uphold the Constitution, which includes the right to bear arms.

“Any federal regulation enacted by Congress or by executive order of the President offending the constitutional rights of my citizens shall not be enforced by me or by my deputies, nor will I permit the enforcement of any unconstitutional regulations or orders by federal officers within the borders of Linn County Oregon.”
